Established in 2009, RSB Electrical’s unique service offering brings design, installation and maintenance under one roof.

This integrated approach means clients experience seamless delivery between construction and maintenance. Continuity between the two stages is key. It ensures designs deliver on each client’s brief, while also being practical, economic and flexible enough to navigate any hiccups in the construction process.

Our people are also our strength. We’re trusted by The New Zealand Police, so you can be confident our staff are of sound character and pose no threat to confidential information or items of value, and can be trusted to work unsupervised anywhere, including private homes.

Led by Brian Judge and Sione Toluaki, the RSB team has experience across construction and maintenance for commercial, education and government projects and premises.

Whatever the size of your project, with RSB Electrical it will start with a Quality Management Plan to document procedures and technical, national and international standards. Our quality systems, equipment and procedures are regularly audited and reviewed to maintain their effectiveness and efficiency.

Your project may require complex or critical work, and for this we take extra care that personnel have documented instructions and workmanship criteria. Activities are regulated by the project manager in accordance with the relevant AS/NZS 3000 Electrical Standards. We consult with you on any necessary project equipment, processes and project characteristics that may include price or plan variations. To efficiently manage your program plan we use customised job management software. You’ll have up-to-date information about any aspect of your project, from design through to completion.

We consider the health and safety of employees, clients and subcontractors as the highest priority. For every project and every site we ensure work areas are suitably clean, while operating according to a comprehensive Site Specific Safety Management Plan and a Safety Policy Manual. Our independent health and safety auditor also ensures our systems and processes are held to the highest standards. You can view and approve these documents prior to implementation of any site work.
